A drug lord in NY, Damian, created a new drug with shocking effects. After various deaths, DEA and police chase after the mafia boss. Damian begins knocking off competition with insider help. The son of Mayor Martinez (Peru) becomes comatose after using the drug. Martinez flies to NY from Peru to begin his own investigation, and find a cure. El Condor comes from Peru to bring Damian to justice.
