John and Aileen Crowley have two children who both suffer from Pompe disease - a genetic anomaly that kills before a child's tenth birthday. The Crowleys are desperate to find a cure, so when they find a researcher with a theory on the disease, they do all they can to help fund his research work, but will it be enough to save their children?
